We have one single bedroom apartment located at 2008 S. Illinois Ave.  This large one bedroom apartment has a space for a home office in the back.  It comes fully equipped like all our apartments.  This bedroom has a new refrigerator with water and ice in the door.  It has new ceramic tile and laminate floors except for the bedrooms which are carpeted. 

We have eight single bedroom apartments located at 2010 S. Illinois Ave.  There are 4 upstairs and 4 downstairs and they are all identical.  They have a large living room and kitchen with a countertop opening, which is perfect for barstools.  They have a large bedroom and large walk in closet which houses the washer and dryer.  To complete these amazing one bedroom apartments they have a private patio or balcony.
