Apartments
Our pet friendly apartments are located at 2008 and 2010 S. Illinois Ave. These locations are close enough to walk or bike to the SIU Campus, or you can take the bus from the bus stop located at the entrance to the property. Parking is never a problem and any issues you have will be taken care of promptly.
We have a variety of one, two, and three bedroom apartments to suit anyone. All apartments come fully equipped with a washer/dryer, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, etc.
Duplexes
We have duplexes at 2947 and 2951 W. Sunset, which is a residential area of Carbondale. These duplexes are very spacious and come fully equipped. They have garage parking and front and back lawns that are great for families and pets.
