SKF Rentals is a family owned and operated property management company located in Carbondale, IL for over 20 years.  We have 1, 2, and 3 bedroom units available.  All our units have the same amenities which are washer and dryer, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, oven and stove.  All our units are very energy efficient.  The units are close to the Southern Illinois University campus, but in a quiet area.  You can walk, ride your bike, take the bus, or drive to campus easily.  We have ample parking for all our tenants, and do not require parking permits.  All of our units are pet friendly.
